The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

GroeiX is a business name operated by the organization that owns and manages this website and the related client platform.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and establish an account. Its registered legal name, business structure, registration details and corporate group affiliation are contained in the client agreement provided upon account setup and are made available upon request via the methods outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain operational aspects - infrastructure provision, payment handling, market information, identity verification systems - are performed by external specialist firms pursuant to formal contracts. The types of external partners we engage with, along with how your information is managed by these partners, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not disclose the identities of external partners on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We detail here the types of rules and obligations that apply to the service, rather than identifying specific regulatory bodies or providing statutory reference codes, which are contained in the binding legal documents.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal information is handled on a valid legal basis, stored only for the period required, and safeguarded through authentication measures and cryptographic protection during transmission and storage.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

In cases where a specific jurisdiction establishes more demanding local standards than stated above, those elevated standards apply to users in that location.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is available exclusively in jurisdictions where we are authorized to provide it. Eligibility is verified upon account registration based on your location, and eligibility status may change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be created by individuals residing in the countries shown as eligible within your account's registration procedure. If your country is shown on that list and you satisfy the verification requirements, you may continue. Should your country not be displayed, the service cannot be accessed by you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Jurisdictions in which providing this category of service to non-professional investors demands local regulatory authorization that we do not possess.
  • Jurisdictions classified as presenting substantial financial crime risk under operative regulatory standards.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Documentation

Procedure for obtaining corporate and compliance materials

Persons who are clients, prospective clients or institutional business partners are able to request our corporate and compliance materials. These are made available by request rather than being publicly disclosed.

What can be requested

  • Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
  • The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject matter.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Responses to requests will be provided within the time period communicated once your request is received. Certain materials may be delivered in summary or redacted form where they include confidential proprietary information.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Inquiries regarding our regulatory status, our compliance frameworks, or matters requiring escalation should be directed through the compliance channel instead of standard support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and identify it as "Compliance". Provide the email used for your account if you are an existing client, and briefly explain your inquiry in one or two sentences.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of GroeiX in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
