Client money is held in segregated accounts at regulated banking partners and is separated in the ledger from the operating capital that pays our salaries, servers and marketing. Withdrawals return to the same verified instrument you funded from - the same bank account, the same card, the same wallet address. A payout route that differs from the deposit route is the single most common pattern in account-takeover fraud, so we simply do not allow it. Two-factor authentication is mandatory on withdrawal, and any change to payout details triggers a twenty-four-hour cooling period plus a human review before the first transfer clears.
Rules, risk and what GroeiX will not promise
